Every VA Facility is different in its needs. There probably isn't much call for winter coats and boots for Veterans in San Diego but those items would certainly be needed in Bath, NY.

However there are certain items that are generic enough that they can be used by every VA facility n the nation...particularly in their local homeless Veteran program.
